Coconut nectar is produced from the nutritious nectar of coconut tree flowers and is used as a natural syrup. Coconut nectar has a low glycemic index (GI 35), contains 17 amino acids, a wide spectrum of minerals, plenty of vitamin C, and several important B vitamins.
