Shipping Options

We offer several different shipping options depending on where you live. At checkout, you will see which options are available for your address. You can choose between delivery to a pickup point or home delivery. Smaller packages can be delivered directly to your mailbox when the shipping company offers that service.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over the following amounts:

• Sweden: 599 SEK
• Norway: 599 NOK
• Denmark: 399 DKK

Current shipping costs are always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Time

Your order is normally shipped from our warehouse within 0–2 business days (weekdays).

Estimated delivery time after the order has left our warehouse:

• Sweden: 1–3 business days
• Denmark: 2–4 business days
• Norway: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the chosen shipping service and delivery area.

Tracking

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You will also receive notifications via SMS or email from the shipping company when the package is ready for pickup or is on its way to delivery.

Special Order Items & Separate Deliveries

Certain products are special order items and are shipped separately from another warehouse with a slightly longer delivery time. This applies, for example, to:

• Trampolines from Bellicon
• Certain kitchen appliances e.g. Vitamix
  

Estimated delivery time is stated on each product page.

Larger kitchen appliances are shipped in separate shipments (one appliance per package) due to shipping companies' weight and size requirements. These are shipped via DHL Service Point or equivalent carrier.
