Monolaurin
Monolaurin is a dietary supplement consisting of the medium-chain fatty acid lauric acid (dodecanoic acid) which is naturally occurring in coconut oil. Lauric acid is considered by many people to be the reason for the healthy properties of coconut oil. Monolaurin is recommended, among others, by Anthony Williams (Medical Medium).
