Vivere Verde
The olive oil from Vivere Verde in Sicily is organic, cold-pressed Extra Virgin of very high quality. Olives of the Tonda Iblea variety are hand-picked and pressed within a few hours into a delightful thick oil that is bottled in dark glass. The oil is certified D.O.P. Monte Iblei by the Italian Department of Agriculture, which guarantees that it is a 100% pure oil made from olives from this area and that pressing has been done without heat and chemicals. Good soil, year-round sun, and rain during the winter months yield wonderful rich harvests!
