Munkens Honung

Munkens Honung is a Swedish, organic, and raw honey that comes from Monk's own beehives. Their beehives are KRAV-certified. Monk's collects the honey from the bees in the morning and extracts it in the afternoon without heating it. Afterwards, the honey is strained (free-flowing) to remove any wax residue, and then it is stirred for 2 days before being bottled.
