What happens when you eat too much

Eating large amounts of food—especially late at night—can overwork your digestive system and leave you bloated, tired, and even constipated the next day.

Sometimes food can sit in your digestive tract for several days without being properly digested, partly because you combine different types of food that don’t mix well.

Instructions for colon cleansing

Doing an overnight colon cleanse is simple and easy. You can repeat the instructions for two to three days if you feel you need a deeper cleanse.

Ingredients

  • Lemon (organic)
  • Raw apple cider vinegar (preferably organic)
  • Water (preferably purified/filtered)
  • 8 capsules

How to do it

  • Get a large glass jar or a large glass.
  • Squeeze half a lemon into the glass, add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, and mix with 5 dl of purified water.

Advice on colon cleansing
