Soothing evening latte with herbs for better sleep

Try this recipe as a way to unwind in the evening before you go to sleep. You can vary it according to taste and preference with different herbs. Here is a basic recipe:

  • 200 ml almond or oat milk
  • 1 bag of your choice of evening tea (e.g., Pukka Chamomile, Vanilla & Manuka, or YogiTea Inner Harmony)
  • 1 dropper of lemon balm extract
  • 1-5 drops of CBD oil
  • 1 pinch of vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp raw/organic honey

You can vary the ingredients based on the herbs and other supplements you feel you need and have at home at the moment. Just make sure they go well together in flavor and are calming and nourishing to drink in the evening.

How to make

Heat the milk and add the tea bag when it’s almost boiling. Turn off the heat and let it steep for about 5 minutes. Then remove the tea bag and blend in the other ingredients – either in a blender or with a milk frother; until you get a frothy latte-like drink that warms the soul and brings calm to the body. Because you deserve it! 🙂
