Blueberry

Blueberries are rich in vitamins and minerals, but above all, they are rich in antioxidants of the type anthocyanins. In addition to anthocyanins, blueberries contain several other vitamins and minerals, including calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, vitamin C, beta-carotene, iron and vitamin B. In dried form you can use blueberries all year round for breakfast or snack; on the porridge, on muslin, in smoothies, in pastries or in desserts.
