Reishi

Reishi is a tree fungus that has been used in Asia for thousands of years, where it is considered an apoptogenic “elitist” in class with, for example, ginseng and Schisandra. Reishi is traditionally ingested as a tea or extract and is available in various forms; ground to powder or extracted in tincture or freeze-dried powder. Mushroom extract is usually 10 times more concentrated than powdered mushrooms.
