Terranova's Organic Omega 3-6-7-9 is a balanced, certified organic full-spectrum omega oil from plant sources with essential fatty acids from flaxseed oil, hemp seed oil, olive oil, borage oil, rice bran oil, and sea buckthorn oil. An excellent oil for those who are vegetarian, vegan, or simply desire a blend of plant-based fatty acids.
Adult dosage: 1-3 teaspoons daily by spoon, on food, in smoothies, or in dressing.
Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
Content in glass bottle: 250 ml which lasts 50 to 16 days depending on dosage.

About the contents:
Organic flaxseed oil – Flax is particularly rich in omega-3 fatty acids and alpha-linolenic acid and is therefore ideal for compensating for foods that contain large amounts of omega-6 fatty acids.
Organic hemp seed oil – hemp seed oil is one of the best vegetable sources of omega-3 fatty acids.
It also has a pleasant nutty taste.
Organic olive oil – most of the fatty acids in olive oil are omega-9 monounsaturated fats. Olive oil is rich in polyphenol antioxidants.
Organic borage oil – Borage oil contains the highest amount of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) of all plants. It is an excellent oil for skin health, among other benefits.
