MaryRuth's Vegan Liquid Omega-3

Mary Ruth's Omega 3 is a vegan-friendly, liquid supplement made from sustainably grown microalgae that provides Omega 3. These liquid drops primarily contain the form of Omega-3 called DHA, or Docosahexaenoic acid, which helps maintain normal brain function and normal vision.

The product has a pleasant orange flavor and is therefore perfect even for picky palates.

All Mary Ruth's products are vegan-friendly, gluten-free, sugar-free, and without unnecessary additives. No solvents or chemicals are used in the process.

Adult dosage:
Shake well before use. Take up to 30 drops once daily (1 pump*) directly in the mouth with a meal.
*1 pump = approximately 2/3 full pipette = approximately 30 drops.

Contraindications: Omega 3 has a mild blood-thinning effect, so if you are taking blood-thinning medication, you should consult with your doctor.

Dosage for children and young adults:
Young adults over 14 years: 30 drops per day.
Young adults (ages 9-13 years): 25 drops per day.
Children (4-8 years): 20 drops per day.

Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
