Alpha Plus Monolaurin, 90 capsules

Monolaurin is a dietary supplement from Alpha Plus consisting of the medium-chain fatty acid lauric acid (dodecanoic acid), which occurs naturally in coconut oil.

Many people consider lauric acid to be the reason for coconut oil’s health benefits. Monolaurin and glycerol monolaurate are different names for the monoglyceride ester of lauric acid that occurs naturally in coconut oil and breast milk.

Dosage for adults: 2 capsules, one to three times daily with a meal.

The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.

Contents per daily dose of two capsules: 1200 mg monolaurin.

Ingredients: Glycerol monolaurate (from coconut oil), capsule (vegetable hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose).
