What it does:
Fermented Rice Water Toner deeply softens, nourishes, and gives the skin a healthy glow. The toner balances skin tone, reduces the visibility of dark spots, and brightens. Provides intense hydration and plumps the skin. Niacinamide (active vitamin B3) tightens pores, fills in lines, is anti-inflammatory, and evens out skin tone.

How to Use: After cleansing, pump the toner onto clean hands and pat onto face, eyelids, around the eyes, and neck. Or pump onto a cotton pad and gently sweep across skin and neck.
