Bound to the amino acid taurine, naturally found in heart and muscle tissue.
- Magnesium bisglycinate / magnesium glycinate
Chelated magnesium bound to glycine, known for good absorption and being gentle on the stomach.

A combined whole
Triple Magnesium brings together three organically bound forms of magnesium for your different needs in one supplement. Sometimes you don’t want to choose just one.
The capsules are vegetable-based and free from synthetic fillers and unnecessary additives.
Dosage for adults: 3 capsules daily. Preferably taken in the evening.
The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
