Alpha Plus D3 Vitamin 3000 IU + K2 is a dietary supplement that combines vitamin D, vitamin K2, and astaxanthin in MCT oil for optimal absorption.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal bones, normal muscle function, and normal teeth.
Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and to the maintenance of normal bones.
Dosage for adults: 1 capsule daily with a meal. Note: If you are taking blood-thinning medication, you should consult a doctor before taking dietary supplements containing vitamin K.
