Lactic Acid Bacteria and LactoSpore®
The formula combines lactic acid bacteria with the spore-forming bacterial strain LactoSpore® (Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856). This combination provides a varied composition of bacterial strains that occur naturally in the intestinal flora.
Acid-Resistant Capsules
The capsules are made from acid-resistant, plant-based hypromellose (HPMC), which helps protect the bacteria as they pass through the stomach, making them resistant to stomach acid and bile so that they are more likely to reach the intestines.
