Alpha Plus Quercetin, 60 capsules

Quercetin is a type of flavonoid antioxidant found in plant-based foods. Quercetin is considered to be one of the most powerful antioxidants in the human diet.
Bromelain, which is added to the product, is an enzyme extracted from pineapple that helps promote enzyme activity and the absorption of quercetin in the body.

Adult dosage: 1 capsule daily with a meal.
