Premium Vitamin C contains vitamin C in powder form as calcium ascorbate, which is pH-neutral. pH-neutral means it is buffered and has a higher pH value, making it gentler and milder on the stomach.

Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that contributes to the normal function of the immune system, reduces fatigue and exhaustion, supports normal nervous system function, and maintains normal function of the body's supporting tissues such as bones, cartilage, skin, and collagen.

Adult dosage: ¼ - 1½ scoops daily or as needed with meals. If possible, distribute the intake throughout the day. Mix desired dosage with a glass of water or any other liquid (e.g., juice, smoothie, or yogurt). Scoop 5 ml = 1 tsp (included). ¼ scoop equals 1 heaped measuring spoon (1 ml).
