Traditionally, calendula has been regarded as a healing herb. This calendula oil is made by placing fresh calendula petals in cold-pressed organic almond oil under pressure for 3 months, a process called maceration.

The result is a moisturizing, soothing, mildly astringent, and antiseptic oil of the highest quality. The oil helps wounds such as skin cracks and sore nipples heal faster. It soothes irritated skin like insect bites, diaper rash, and sensitive skin. It is a popular oil to use on infants. It is often used on burns, frostbite, and in eczema preparations. How to use:

External use: Apply undiluted to the skin and massage in twice a day.
