Celtic Sea Salt is an unprocessed salt that is harvested by hand. It is dried in the sun and wind, which allows it to retain the ocean's moisture along with all the important minerals and trace elements naturally present in salt. This variety is finely ground.
Every summer, the ancient 2000-year-old method is carried out to collect this exclusive salt. The entire process, from seawater to salt, is managed by salt workers and is powered exclusively by solar energy, wind power, and human muscle power.
Wheel barrels are used because the salt carts move along very narrow clay paths that are not accessible by vehicles.
