Eucalyptus oil has a fresh, cooling, and clean scent that is appreciated in diffusers and aromatic blends. A few drops in a diffuser create a fresh atmosphere at home, and the characteristic scent is enjoyed year-round.

1. Feel free to add a few drops of eucalyptus oil to an aroma lamp (or a bowl of hot, freshly boiled water) to keep the air fresh and boost concentration: great for mental fatigue.
2. A truly fantastic oil for colds or allergic symptoms that opens the airways. Add a few drops to a light oil (e.g., jojoba oil/sesame oil) and massage onto the back and chest during a cold/cough. Rub into the feet in the evening before bedtime to relieve any cough; we think it works great.
3. Add a few drops of peppermint and eucalyptus to boiled water in a pot, drop in when it’s just boiled, and inhale under a towel. An old proven home remedy that works. Note! Keep your eyes closed! It is very effective against nasal congestion and colds. Not for asthma.
