Instant Magnesium is a versatile magnesium supplement in the form of a fast-dissolving powder. It contains three easily absorbed and gentle forms of magnesium: magnesium bisglycinate (83%), magnesium malate, and magnesium lactate.

• The main ingredient is magnesium bisglycinate, where magnesium is bound to the amino acid glycine for optimal absorption in the body.
• In magnesium malate, magnesium is bound to malic acid, while magnesium lactate means it is bound to lactic acid.
• All three forms have high bioavailability and are gentle on the stomach.

Dosage: 1-2 scoops mixed in a liquid of choice, e.g. water, juice, or smoothie.
