Good Night Magnesium contains magnesium bisglycinate, chamomile extract, and vitamin B6 to promote relaxation.

The product comes in powder form that dissolves easily in water and has a pleasant lemon and chamomile flavor. It has no added sugar or sweeteners.

• Magnesium bisglycinate means that magnesium has been bound to the amino acid glycine, which provides good absorption and makes it gentle on the stomach.
• Magnesium contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Dosage: 1-2 scoops per day, preferably taken in the evening a couple of hours before bedtime. Mix the powder with any liquid, avoid hot liquids.
