Hair, Skin & Nails is a dietary supplement with a vegan formula containing MSM, hyaluronic acid, bamboo silica, vitamins, and minerals for more beautiful hair, skin, and nails.

A study conducted on MSM showed improved appearance of nails, hair, and skin at a dose of just 1000 mg per day. The effects were noticed within 2 weeks on nails and within 4 weeks on hair and skin.

• The hyaluronic acid HAPLEX®Plus increases elasticity and moisturizes the skin.
• Silica improves skin elasticity and adds shine to hair and nails.

Adult dosage: 3 capsules daily with meals. The capsules can be opened.
