Dosage: 2 level scoops (60 g), mixed with 2-3 dl of any beverage. Shake vigorously or blend. Measuring scoop is included in the container. To make the drink more filling and thicker in consistency, you can add ½ teaspoon of Helhetshälsa Psyllium Husk per serving.
