Holistic Kalcium contains exclusively organic mineral compounds. Calcium is the mineral that occurs in large quantities in the body and plays an important role in both cell division and cell specialization, and is necessary to maintain a normal skeleton and strong teeth. Calcium also contributes to normal blood coagulation, energy metabolism, muscle function, nerve signaling, and to the normal function of digestive enzymes.

Calcium is naturally found in green leafy vegetables, sprouted lentils, almonds, Brazil nuts, sesame and sunflower seeds, dairy products, as well as in aquatic plants such as arame, dulse, hijiki, kelp, and wakame.

Adult dosage: 1-5 capsules per day.
