Vitamin D is the only known nutrient that we can obtain both from sunlight and through diet. In Sweden, only during midday in summer is the sun strong enough for our needs. During the winter months, we cannot produce any vitamin D at all, which is why we may need supplementation.

Foods rich in Vitamin D:
Vitamin D is the most rare vitamin found in food – especially in the doses that researchers now recommend. Foods rich in Vitamin D include fatty fish, egg yolks, and naturally fatty dairy products produced during summer. Vegetarian diets are low in Vitamin D.
Adult Dosage: 1 capsule per day or as recommended.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
