Holistic Hair Skin Nails, 90 capsules

Holistic Hair Skin Nails is a dietary supplement containing silica from bamboo extract, vegetarian hyaluronic acid from Haplex plus® and soluble keratin from sheep's wool, vitamins and minerals. The product is vegetarian but not vegan. The hyaluronic acid is extracted through glucose fermentation.

• Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation which is important for normal skin function.
• Zinc, selenium and biotin contribute to maintaining normal hair.
• Selenium and zinc contribute to maintaining normal nails. Vitamin A, niacin, riboflavin and iodine contribute to maintaining normal skin.
• Copper contributes to normal pigmentation of skin and hair.

Adult dosage: 3 capsules per day. Should not be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
