Helhetshälsa Caprylic Acid

Caprylic acid is a medium-chain fatty acid found in high concentrations in coconut among other sources. Helhetshälsa's Caprylic Acid is in the form of magnesium caprylate and contains no additives.

Adult dosage: 1 capsule 1-3 times daily with meals. Caprylic acid has a very strong taste. It is therefore best to swallow the capsule whole.

Note: Do not use caprylic acid during pregnancy, stomach ulcers, or intestinal lesions.

Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
