Helhetshälsa's D3 contains a 100% vegetable form of D3 from lichen. Each capsule provides 75 mcg D3, equivalent to 3000 IU.

Vitamin D contributes to:

Adult dosage: 1 capsule once daily with meals. The capsules can be opened.
