Helhetshälsa MineralOptimal is a multimineral supplement containing zinc and selenium among other minerals. It also contains trace elements from the mineral-rich water of Utah Salt Lake. The water is sun-dried for two years, resulting in a concentrate containing about 70 different trace elements in ionic form.

We recommend complementing with VitaminOptimal multivitamin.

Adult dosage: 2 capsules 1-2 times daily with meals. The capsules can be opened.
Recommended dosage should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
