Iron Optimal, 100 capsules

IronOptimal contains divalent iron (ferrous iron) with high bioavailability – easy for the body to absorb and gentle on the stomach. Each vegetable capsule provides 25 mg of pure iron in the form of iron citrate and iron fumarate. Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Adult dosage: 1 capsule per day. People with special needs (e.g. blood donors, pregnant women) can take a higher dose as recommended by a doctor.

Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
