Helhetshälsa Magnesium CMD

Helhetshälsa's Magnesium CMD is a liquid magnesium supplement that also contains trace minerals. The magnesium and all other minerals are in ionic form and have been extracted through solar evaporation of the mineral-rich water from Utah's Salt Lake.

Adult dosage: 1 ml 1-2 times daily in a glass of water or juice. 1 ml = 15 drops = 1 teaspoon (1 tsp).

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Tips for other areas of use, both internal and external:

• Electrolyte replacement: add drops to your drink during high heat, long training sessions and endurance events.
• Foot bath: 1-2 teaspoons in warm bath water (not too hot). After bathing, rinse with lukewarm water.
• Remineralization of drinking water that has been purified through reverse osmosis, deionization, or distillation. 1 ml remineralizes approximately 2 liters of purified water.
• Skin application. Apply directly to desired area. Mix equal parts water and Magnesium CMD. When it has dried on the skin, salt-like mineral residue may remain. This is completely normal and can be wiped away.
