Holistic Iodine, 60 capsules

Iodine is an essential nutrient that the body needs to produce thyroid hormones. Iodine is necessary for the formation of the hormones thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3). These hormones are produced in the thyroid gland and regulate metabolism and reproduction, as well as growth and development in children.

Iodine also contributes to normal cognitive function, energy metabolism, and the normal function of the nervous system.

Iodine occurs naturally in bedrock. However, Sweden is a country with low iodine content in its bedrock. Iodine can be found in various foods, such as fish, shellfish, and algae.

Adult dosage: 1 capsule per day. Do not exceed this amount.

Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
