Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin that contributes to maintaining normal bone structure and normal blood coagulation.

Vitamin K2 is in the form of menaquinone-7, which is a natural form of vitamin K.

Adult dosage: 1-2 capsules per day.

Note: Vitamin K helps with blood coagulation, which means that people taking blood-thinning medication should not take Vitamin K2.
