Magnesium Plus is a food supplement that combines two forms of magnesium: magnesium glycinate and magnesium malate, together with vitamin B6 in its active form, pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (P-5-P).

Magnesium glycinate and magnesium malate are forms in which magnesium is bound to glycine and malic acid, respectively. Each capsule provides 125 mg of elemental magnesium and 30 mg of P-5-P.
