Liposomal Hair Care is a dietary supplement for hair containing essential vitamins such as D, E, Biotin and the mineral Selenium, along with pumpkin oil, black cumin oil and hyaluronic acid. Biotin helps maintain normal hair, skin and nails.

Liposomes are "fat bubbles" that transport nutrients directly to the cells, meaning the vitamins are encapsulated by liposomes. This gives liposomal products high bioavailability.

The product has a "Maple French Toast" flavor that comes from sprouted almond butter with maple syrup, salted caramel, and vanilla flavoring. All Mary Ruth's products are vegan-friendly, gluten-free, and free from unnecessary additives.

Cholecalciferol (vitamin D), D-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), Biotin, Selenomethionine, Pumpkin seed oil (Curcurbita pepo L.), Black cumin oil (Nigella sativa L.), Hyaluronic acid (Sodium Hyaluronate), Tocotrienols, Tocopherols, liposomal proprietary blend of organic sunflower seed oil and phosphatidylcholine, vegetable glycerin, sprouted almond butter, purified water, organic flavor (maple syrup, salted caramel, and vanilla flavor), less than 0.1% acacia gum. The natural flavor/aroma is produced under strict control without harmful substances such as aspartame, GMOs, or glycol, which may otherwise be included.
