Mary Ruth’s Liquid Nighttime Multimineral is a liquid multimineral supplement formulated to be taken as part of the evening routine for the whole family.

The product contains seven minerals: magnesium, calcium, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, and chromium, as well as vitamin D3.Calcium and vitamin D contribute to the maintenance of normal bones, while zinc and vitamin D contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Refrigerate after opening. Unopened, it has a shelf life of two years from the date of production. Once opened, it will keep for 6 months in the refrigerator.
