Närokällan ALA / Alpha-Lipoic Acid, 60 capsules

Närokällan ALA is a dietary supplement containing alpha-lipoic acid and chromium. One capsule provides 300 mg of alpha-lipoic acid and 40 micrograms of chromium. ALA occurs naturally in small amounts in food and can be produced in the body, but production decreases with age, making supplementation appropriate.

• Chromium contributes to maintaining normal blood sugar levels.
• Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.

Adult dosage: 1-2 capsules daily with or without food.
