Närokällan K2, 60 capsules

Närokällan's K2 is in the form of menaquinone-7, which is an easily absorbed and fat-soluble form of vitamin K. It is not derived from animal sources and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. It is produced through fermentation of starch, not from soy.

Fat is required for absorption, and although vitamin K can be stored, the body needs a continuous supply through diet.

Dosage for adults: 1 capsule per day with food. People being treated with blood-thinning medications containing a vitamin K antagonist should not combine vitamin K supplements with blood thinners without consulting a doctor.

The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
