Närokällan's Krill oil is harvested using a unique and sustainable ecosystem that minimizes impact on other marine life. The catch takes place in the Atlantic, where krill, which constitutes the planet's largest biomass, lives in crystal clear, clean and ice-cold water without pollutants. This makes krill a very high-quality source of omega-3.

The krill oil contains the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA bound to phospholipids, which differs from fish oil where the fatty acids are bound to triglycerides. Phospholipids are structured in the same way as the body's cell membranes, making omega-3 from krill bioavailable. It is absorbed directly through the intestinal wall.

Since phospholipids are both fat and water-soluble, they are easy to digest and leave no fishy aftertaste. Omega-3 from krill can also be absorbed directly into the blood without first being broken down in digestion.

Adult dosage: 2 capsules per day. Contains FISH, Contains SHELLFISH PRODUCTS. Consult a doctor if you are taking blood-thinning medication or have reduced coagulation ability.

Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
