Närokällan L-Glutamine is popular during intense training and injuries as glutamine acts anabolically, supports muscle building, and removes excess ammonia during exercise. The intestinal mucosa also depends on glutamine as fuel and can be very beneficial for gut health.

Adult dosage: Mix 1 tablespoon in cold liquid as heat breaks down the amino acid. Drink immediately. You get the greatest effect if you take it on an empty stomach, preferably after training or during prolonged exercise. Can be taken several times per day if needed.
