Wild Oregano Oil, 30 ml

Oregano oil is produced from wild oregano that grows in the mountains around the Mediterranean. It has a strong, characteristic oregano scent. The most important active ingredient is carvacrol, and this wild oregano contains up to 80% carvacrol. The oregano oil is mixed with olive oil in a 2:1 ratio for optimal use.

Dosage for adults: 2-5 drops per day, taken in capsules or diluted in water or another oil. NOTE: very strong, should not be taken undiluted. Since the oil is highly concentrated, it is recommended to take it diluted, either in cooking oil, in empty capsules, in water, on a teaspoon with honey, on salads, or in food.

Recommended use is for shorter periods, for example two to three weeks, followed by a break. Note: Not for pregnant or breastfeeding women or children.

The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
