Nordbos L-Lysine Synergy is a synergistic complex that combines the essential amino acid L-lysine with zinc, selenium, beta-carotene, vitamin B6, and the patented plant extract Astragin®.

• L-lysine is one of the most well-known and popular amino acids.
• Astragin® is a patented extract of astragalus and notoginseng, developed to be combined with amino acids.
• Zinc contributes to normal skin, hair, and nails as well as the normal function of the immune system, and zinc picolinate has high bioavailability.
• Selenium helps protect cells from oxidative stress and supports the immune system.
• Beta-carotene is a pigment that the body converts into vitamin A as needed.
• Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy metabolism, hormone regulation, immune system function, and reduced tiredness and fatigue.

Dosage for adults: 1-2 capsules per day. Best taken between meals. For sensitive stomachs, take capsules with a meal. When exercising, take before or after the session.
