Rosehip oil is a beautiful red oil that contains an extremely high concentration of essential fatty acids as well as abundant amounts of vitamins C and A. Rosehip oil is a dry oil that is quickly absorbed into the skin, making it excellent for use as both a facial oil and a body oil. 

Appreciated for dry and damaged skin

Rosehip oil helps improve the skin’s texture and preserve its natural moisture balance. It is particularly appreciated for dry and damaged skin and is often used on scars, stretch marks, pigmentation spots, blemishes, and skin with fine lines.

Repairs and cares for damaged tissue

The oil helps the skin repair and care for damaged tissue. Rosa Mosqueta naturally contains trans-retinoic acid, which contributes to the oil’s caring properties. It is therefore also often used to care for scars following, for example, surgery.

Excellent as a facial oil

We recommend rosehip oil for normal, combination, dry, and mature skin, as well as for skin that feels tired and dull. For oilier skin types, other oils may be more suitable. Rosehip oil can also be used as a nourishing facial serum or applied carefully around the eye area for extra hydration and care.

Excellent as a hair oil

Rosehip oil is also suitable for a dry scalp and dry or damaged hair. When using it as a hair treatment, the oil can preferably be warmed gently before being applied to the hair and scalp.
