Organic Tricolor Quinoa 500 grams

This quinoa is produced under fair trade conditions in a cooperative in Peru.

Usage: Quinoa can be both cooked and used raw (after 2-4 hours of soaking). Mix quinoa in salads or serve it cooked with stews, casseroles, or directly in soup. Just the same way you would use potatoes, couscous, or bulgur.
