Rawpowders Probio 28 is a dietary supplement containing 28 billion live bacteria per capsule, distributed across 15 different bacterial strains, providing a broad spectrum of beneficial bacteria to help optimise the gut flora.

Prebiotics

The formula also contains the prebiotic fibres FOS (fructooligosaccharides) and inulin. Prebiotics pass through the digestive system without being broken down and can be used as nourishment by the bacteria in the gut.

Delayed-release capsules

The bacterial cultures are enclosed in so-called DR capsules (Delayed Release), which are designed to dissolve later in the digestive system. This helps protect the contents as they pass through the stomach.

Lactose-free

Lactic acid bacteria are so named because they produce lactic acid when fermenting carbohydrates. Despite their name, lactic acid bacteria have no direct connection to milk or lactose. Probio 28 is naturally lactose-free and is therefore also suitable for those who avoid lactose.
