Three easily absorbed forms

Triple Selenium combines three easily absorbed forms of selenium; selenomethionine, selenite, and natural selenium yeast for broad and effective nutritional support. Each capsule contains 100 µg of selenium. The formula is also enriched with a vitamin E complex containing alpha-tocopherol and tocotrienols. 

Is selenium needed?

Since the body cannot produce selenium itself, the mineral needs to be supplied through the diet. In Sweden, the soils are naturally low in selenium, which means that many foods contain relatively low levels of selenium.
