Holistic - Resveratrol Liposomal, 30 capsules

Resveratrol Liposomal is a dietary supplement with 200 mg of trans-resveratrol per capsule. The resveratrol is encapsulated in microscopic fat bubbles (liposomes) of phospholipids, the same type of fatty substances that our cell membranes consist of. These liposomes protect the resveratrol during digestion and help it reach the cells.

Resveratrol is found in the skin of red grapes and in the root of Japanese knotweed (Polygonum cuspidatum), which is the source of resveratrol in Holistic's product. This plant is a reliable and high-quality source of the most biologically active form of trans-resveratrol.

Adult dosage: Take 1 capsule per day with food. Note: Not for pregnant and breastfeeding women.

Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
