How does the pad work?

You set the heating pad's temperature and duration yourself using the controller. There are nine different heat settings, from 38 degrees to 57 degrees, on the left side of the controller. Select the temperature using the arrows. You also select the duration using the arrows on the right. Use the arrows on the controller to increase or decrease the duration. The most common usage time is approximately 60 minutes. When the time has elapsed, the red light turns off. If you want to continue the session, turn the pad on again.

Important

• Start with a lower heat setting and increase gradually for comfort.

• Limit the first sessions to 30–60 minutes.

• Make sure you are well hydrated before and after use, and always drink water after a session with the heating pad!

Turn on and adjust the settings

• Double-click the power button on the LED controller.

• Use the temperature buttons (+ / –) to set the desired heat level.

• The controller is programmed with 9 levels. Maximum is 57 degrees, minimum is 38 degrees, and the default is 44 degrees.

• Use the timer buttons (+ / –) to select the desired session duration.

• Shorter sessions: 30–90 min.

• Longer sessions: 2–6 hours.

• Default: 60 min.

Before use:

• Place the pad on a flat surface or wrap it around the area to be treated.

• Always place a thin towel between the pad and your skin.

After use

• Turn off and unplug before cleaning or storing.

• Wipe with a dry cloth to ensure that no moisture enters the control unit or power connection ports. Never use water or

cleaning products.

• Allow to cool completely before folding or placing in the case.
