Thorne NAC / N-acetylcysteine, 90 capsules

Thorne's NAC contains 500 mg/capsule of N-Acetyl Cysteine, also known as NAC. Cysteine is needed in the body to form glutathione. NAC supplementation therefore supports, among other things, the body's glutathione levels. NAC has mucus-dissolving effects, provides immune system support, and has antioxidant activity.

Adult dosage: 1 capsule daily or as recommended, to be taken between meals.

Note: Not for pregnant and nursing women or when taking blood-thinning medication. Caution should be exercised in cases of diabetes or tendency toward kidney stones.

Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
